Prior to Oceanbased, Mark spent 17 years with Subsea 7 and its subsidiaries, in positions such as Director of Commercial & Project Services in Malaysia with oversight responsibilities for the SapuraAcery a joint venture between Subsea 7 and Sapura Energy. He was also Sapura Energy’s General Manager for Middle East and Africa.
Mark has nearly 30 years of experience in the offshore oilfield engineering and construction industry holding various management positions in market development, project management, engineering and construction in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
He is an honours graduate of the University of Durham in England with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics & Electronics.
